GENERAL CONDITIONS

Payment

If your payment fails, your subscription is not paid for, or a charge is declined or reversed (e.g. by contacting your bank or credit card provider), or if we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to Subscription Services without prior notice.

Fees and Changes

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time in accordance with applicable laws. This may include:

Increasing or adjusting fees.
Charging for features previously offered for free.
Modifying or removing previously included functionality.

If you do not agree with any changes, you must cancel your subscription.

Refunds

Refunds for Yearly Subscriptions are available within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided no downloads have been made during that period.

Monthly Subscriptions may be refunded if no downloads have been made during the active billing cycle.

All other refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refunds not in alignment with our policies.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective upon publication. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All disputes, including non-contractual claims, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

ONE-TIME PURCHASES

Free updates and unlimited downloads for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Access to updated versions of the bundle (if applicable) within that one-year window.

After the 365-day period, downloads and updates will no longer be available.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the following terms:

Monthly Subscription

Access to 30 car/track combinations per 30-day cycle.
Subscription renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled.
Refunds are available only if no downloads have been made during the current billing cycle.

Yearly Subscription

Grants access to the same download limits as the Monthly Subscription (30 downloads per month, 10 per day, excluding iRacing and AMS2).
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Renews automatically every 12 months unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no downloads have been made.

Download Limits

30 total downloads per month (excluding iRacing and AMS2).
10 downloads per day (excluding iRacing and AMS2).
iRacing and AMS2 downloads are unlimited and do not count toward limits.

Downloads will only count toward limits in the following cases:

Downloading a new car/track combination for the first time.
Downloading a setup after a qualifying “Setups Update” (i.e., any update that includes a newly updated setup version, which may also include new hotlap data and telemetry files).

Note: Additions such as Hybrid, Wet, or LFM setups do not count as a “Setups Update” and do not increment the download counter.

Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically. Payment will be taken using the stored payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal) or via invoice (payable within 15 days). Renewal terms match the original subscription interval.
