BMW M4 GT3
As a result of last year’s success, the BMW M4 GT3 faced minor adjustments to weight distribution and power allocation across various tracks. Despite these tweaks, drivers can expect the same stability and precision that defines the M4 GT3’s driving experience.
Since the release of V1.9.6 for Assetto Corsa Competizione, the BMW required setup updates for 11 out of the 24 tracks due to weight changes, which are:
⚪ Barcelona
⚪ Brands Hatch
⚪ COTA
⚪ Hungaroring
⚪ Laguna Seca
⚪ Misano
⚪ Nurburgring
⚪ Snetterton
⚪ Valencia
⚪ Zandvoort
⚪ Zolder
The remaining track setups will stay as original, since they were not affected by weight changes, experiencing only a minor power reduction that has no impact on the setups.
Audi R8 LMS EVO II GT3
Kunos has updated the physics model on the Audi R8 LMS EVO II GT3, this new model has smoothed out the rolling and pitching phases by giving much better traction and precision in slow corners.
In terms of driver feeling, it was already clear from the first lap prior to this update that the Audi R8 LMS EVO II GT3 required a high level of precision and driving technique to be properly pushed: well, now it’s a lot easier after the latest update. Being less sensitive to driving inputs, it leaves more room for errors while still keeping a very good balance!
